- Deep knowledge of packaging materials and processes
- Proven track record in NPD (New Product Development), packaging optimisation, and renovation
- Experience in supply chain, procurement, and bottling processes
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A passion for sustainable solutions and reducing environmental impact
- Creativity, problem-solving skills, and an innovative mindset
- A packaging qualification (preferred)
A detail-oriented, proactive team player who can juggle multiple projects at once. You will thrive in a collaborative environment, are comfortable managing stakeholders at all levels, and love seeing a project through from concept to completion. Your passion for sustainability and innovation drives you to find smarter, greener ways to package products, and you know how to balance creativity with practical execution.
