Lead the Luxury Operations teams, developing and managing a high performing team in Luxury Packaging and/or Wet/Dry Goods Warehousing, and being the champion of continuous improvement: focusing on right-first-time product quality, zero safety incidents and full compliance to all required standards and regulations

Main Responsibility

  • Lead and develop Luxury Operations teams to achieve high performance and engagement, meeting key performance indicators while fostering collaboration in line with company values.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, BRC, Environmental, and Customs regulations, and proactively address safety risks.
  • Support the development and execution of both the packaging and distribution short and long term plans, aligned with company objectives.
  • Create and implement improvement plans to enhance operating costs and efficiency, ensuring successful execution.
  • Ensure product quality meets standards by maintaining compliant processes, equipment, and training.
  • Provide support and training to staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and addressing skill gaps promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Manage the budget for your area, optimizing variable and fixed costs for maximum benefit.
  • Oversee and report on KPI deliverables, leading actions to meet targets.

Our Ideal Candidate

We seek a proactive, self-sufficient leader with a strong background in operations management. You excel in driving team performance, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and maintaining high product quality whilst making safety a top priority. A self-starter, you effectively develop and implement both shorter and longer term plans, to improve efficiency and reduce costs. You have a proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, manage budgets, and monitor KPIs, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
