A unique opportunity has arisen for an International Sales Manager to join our dedicated Sales Department. The successful candidate, as part of the International Sales Team, will drive business revenue and margins by effectively managing and leading sales of the G&M portfolio in assigned regions.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Proven work experience as an Internal Sales Manager within the ‘drinks business’, with a Degree in Sales & Marketing (or relevant field experience).
- Customer-first mentality.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to present to both a team and a wider audience of 50 +.
- Excellent verbal reasoning skills.
- Strong analytical skills demonstrating an ability to research competition, prices, economic conditions, and all relevant aspects of the market to identify opportunities and threats.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively (both verbal and written skills) across multiple regions, and with a clear ability to demonstrate cross-cultural awareness.
- Effective organisational and negotiation skills, ideally from GAP approved course. Be a self-starter with the ability to manage a busy workload, plan effectively, and work consistently to tight deadlines.
- Able to be highly influential across own team and other stakeholders.
- Ability to take a pragmatic approach while being culturally sensitive to problem-solving.
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
- Strong skill set around analysing complex market data to aid planning and decision-making.
- Experience of working with sales targets, marketing, and brand building.
- Familiarity with CRM and Business information software, and be IT literate, and competent in the use of Microsoft Office and specifically Microsoft Excel.
