The purpose of the role is to be an agile, connected and accountable partner to the Site Leadership team enabling growth and performance through focusing on the five pillars of our Global HR Strategy: Continuous Learning, Innovative Approach to Talent, Inclusion & Diversity, Speed, Focus & Simplicity & Fulfilling Employee Experiences. In addition the role holder will be an integral part of the wider teams working with Scotch Manufacturing and Global Supply Chain & Procurement.
Financial
This role is improved accountable for working with leadership teams and Global CoEs to ensure we maximize value for organization, delivering our key OE metrics while delivering financial performance.
Market Complexity
This role operates across the full Scotch Category and wider Supply Chain & Procurement. It is critical that the incumbent can navigate the matrix organization, lead through others, build solid relationships and influence within all levels of the business.
Leadership Responsibilities
This role leads the people agenda across Malt Distilling sites across Scotland. As well as being a member of the Scotch HR team the role is part of the Site Operational Leadership Teams in these areas. It utilizes our Global Centers of Excellence and shared service colleagues in pursuit of this.
