Head of Bottling

Job Responsibilities: 

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, implementing best practices.
• Manage capacity to deliver cased goods supply on time.
• Collaborate with the Production and Supply Chain Director on the strategic manufacturing plan for future growth.
• Deliver Operational Excellence and sustainable production strategies.
• Optimize resources to meet production demands and maintain cost-effective operations.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to improve manufacturing performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of processes.
• Manage and develop the Bottling Production leadership team.
• Set challenging KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead projects to enhance production team and site efficiency.

Professional/Technical Experience:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally bottling experience.
• CI/Operational Excellence expertise.
• At least 5 years management responsibility with a proven track record in team development and creating an engaged and empowered work force.
• Must possess a drive for results.
• Extensive problem-solving skills and bringing a team on that journey.
• Effective communication.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business goals.
