Key responsibilities:
· Cost Spreadsheets
· Invoicing and purchase orders
· Ordering materials and parts
· Updating and editing risk assessments
· Obtaining quotations and organising of external contractors across all sites
· Monitoring Training dates and booking renewals/refresher courses
· Waste contracts across all sites
· General admin for Estates Team and Estates Manager
· Organising and managing the teams van fleet
· Organising and managing the team when working outside of area (accommodation, transport etc)
· Organising and managing delivery and collection of skips across sites.
· Getting quotes for and then organising and managing contractors on sites when required
· Monitoring Monthly inspections and ensuring test and inspection are carried out on time.
· Ensuring sites have all utilities (tea, coffee, toilet paper etc)
· Updating and keeping track of inventories across sites
A part time position, with the possibility of going full-time.
