A Whisky Industry Research Scientist is a scientist with top-notch data analysis and report writing capabilities, who develops, validates, and/or improves analytical methods for the routine testing as well as development of methods for specific research projects and one-off investigations. The role involves monitoring the levels of compliance in the laboratory, and the provision of analytical expertise to support R&D and the implementation of innovative product and production process improvements.
