Samira is a Customer Specialist at International Beverage.
What I enjoy most about my job is being able to talk to people and understand what their needs are. Helping people in some way makes me happy. I like to observe and share experiences with customers and colleagues as this helps me learn ways to do my job better (how to organise my files, how to deal with complex customers, etc).
I started in this area when I was 21 years old. I did not know how to deal with customers in certain situations, but I have been learning a lot over the last few years. I have gained more experience and this has been fundamental to increasing the quality of my work.
As International Beverage embarks on a journey of global growth, I would like to be involved in some of the bigger projects in the company. I hope to further improve my approach to customer service and progress my career within the company.
