·       Complete line audits relating to glass breakage, recording findings and communicating outcomes effectively with operators and management.

·       Support investigations into product and process non-conformances, raising and managing NCRs through systems such as IQMS or IFS.

·       Monitor and collate quality performance data, sharing insights with line teams and actively contributing to improvement initiatives.

·       Maintain and support quality standards, control plans, SOPs, and documentation, ensuring alignment with WGW governance and IQMS requirements.

·       Promote a strong quality culture within the bottling hall, providing guidance and support to operators and team leaders on product quality matters.
